The colors are not appealing but the underlining design ethos is interesting. It's a small low powered bike. That itself is a turn-off to those folk who use their bike as a symbol of their hyper toughness and masculinity. So anyone who wants the little Rebel 300 is not concerned with projecting "Big D energy" anyway. With that in mind turning this motorcycle into a play thing with design ques from the bygone era of "RAD" BMX rides is pretty cool idea. Infact, as a 50 year old man who has recently acquired a motorcycle license, this bike has some affect on me. Feels like an opportunity to finally get that "Bike" I wanted as a kid. Or at least a motorcycle themed like one. It reminds me of the expensive BMXs that I used to drool over back in the early 80's. There is something satisfying about the possibility of riding a motorcycle that has some of the throwback features of that time period's BMX bikes. I'll be sure to spend some time trying to track down the bits and bobs used on this bike. There is also another really similar bike (colors reveres) that I want more information on also. If I can find all of the info on these bikes I might buy one. If not.... then I have other plans.
